RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS

Dear client,

In order to exercise the right to withdrawal, you have fourteen (14) working days at your disposal, starting from the receipt day. In order to request the return of the product, please present the purchase order and return the product to the seller (us), with all its accessories, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected, so that it can be reimbursed.

If these conditions are not met, wonderlamp.shop reserves the right to refuse the return.

When the return has been checked, verified and confirmed by the seller of the product to wonderlamp.shop, we will proceed to refund the amount stated in the order. Please be careful to send the product in the same conditions as you received, otherwise you will lose the right of reimbursement.

Wonderlamp.shop reserves the right to refuse the return that was placed fourteen (14) working days after the receipt of the order. The client has to assume the return shipment costs, when exercising the aforementioned right of disclaim.

You can also send note in a declaration by email to wonderlamp@wonderlamp.shop with the following information: Order number, Name and Surname, Postal Code, Address, City, Region, Country, the date of withdrawal and finally the reasons you want to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods.

Our friendly team will give you the best solution and the best response in the shortest time, please be so kind to provide us with as much detail as possible concerning the the reason for the return of the order. You have 14 days from receipt of the order to return it. The return shipping costs are supported by the buyer and therefore Wonderlamp.shop will pay the amount of the product but the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Important: This form must be filled and sent only if you wish to withdraw from the contract/ order placed in wonderlamp.shop, within 14 days of placing the order, just in case the client decides not to go ahead with it.

What expenses are reimbursable when I return an item?

In case of return due to shipping errors or other causes attributable to Wonderlamp.shop,  that occurs very rarely, such as malfunction, erroneous shipments or manufacturing defects, the collection and replacement of the product will be done at no cost to you. For the rest of cases, you must assume the return costs (changes of opinion, personal decision, change of order or other causes not justified). The costs of the return will be charged at the time of payment.

You (the buyer), will not be entitled to reimburse of the amount of the product returned in case it is not in the same condition as it was delivered from the begging.

All the goods must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected, so that it can be reimbursed. If not, Wonderlamp.shop reserves the right to refuse the return. Product that have been installed, turned on or tested by the client will not be accepted.


When will I be refunded?

When the return has been checked, verified and confirmed in our warehouse, we will proceed to make the payment. The return payment will be made in the same form of payment in which the purchase has been made (in the case of cash on delivery will be made by bank transfer) and within a maximum of 5 days from the date of receipt of the return of the order.

What if I receive the wrong items or my order is incomplete?

If your order does not arrive in perfect condition due to breakage or error in the items received, you should contact our customer service department by sending an email to wonderlamp@wonderlamp.shop or write us through our contact form, indicating the order reference and the reason why the order is not correct.

 You have 24 hours from the reception of the order to communicate the incident to us so that we can act and solve the problem as soon as possible.
