Safety distances.

1.- Between the lamp and non-illuminated surfaces or objects must not be less than 0.5 m.

2.- Between recessed luminaires not less than 0.5m. 

3.- Between the highest part of the recessed luminaire and the ceiling not less than 2.5 cm. 

4.- Between the vertical walls (inside the ceiling) and the body of the recessed luminaire once installed, no less than 7.5 cm. 

5.- Check that the bulb is correctly housed in the socket.

Ceiling installation. Before starting any assembly or installation, make sure that you have disconnected the power supply. 

1.- Drill a hole in the ceiling that ensures a minimum gap and that does not coincide with beams, pipes or electrical cables (see fitting hole dimensions). Connect the Gu10 lampholder to the mains. Insert the recessed luminaire into the ceiling and pull the lampholder out through the hole in the recessed luminaire. 

2.- An earth connection is not necessary. If there is one, make sure that it is totally insulated and that it cannot have any type of contact. Make sure that no metallic part comes into contact with any other grounded
